в статье обоснована необходимость поиска эффективных методов и средств оценивания удовлетворенности учебным процессом. Исследовательские задачи решены в процессе изучения научной литературы, нормативных документов Министерства образования и науки РФ, анализа и обобщения зарубежного опыта включения обучающихся в систему оценки качества высшего образования. Выявлена специфика влияния рейтинговых веб-сайтов на отношение студентов к преподавателям и учебным дисциплинам.
