Обосновывается необходимость расширения поведенческого репертуара за счет внедрения активной вербальной стратегии самозащиты – метода «психологической дуэли», основанного на системе открытых вопросов к агрессору. Метод теоретически обоснован через интеграцию пяти научных направлений: вербальное дзюдо (Дж. Томпсон), сократический диалог, теорию когнитивной перегрузки (Бушман, Андерсон), теории принятия и ответственности (АСТ, С. Хейс) и культурно-историческую теорию (Л.С. Выготский). Предлагаемая модель «Четырех дверей» расширяет традиционную триаду стратегий и может быть использована в индивидуальной и групповой работе педагогов-психологов.
