Disclosure of the concept of "ethno-social xenophobia", its understanding in the modern world and the urgency of this problem in the world community.

This article covers the expression of implicit gender identity of the subject of speech activity in the 19th and 20th century women's memories. The study revealed that implicit gender aspects associated with linguistic ascertainment of gender stereotypes presented in female linguistic material form the lexico-semantic category of “Character”. Within this category, the lexico-semantic sub-categories “Emotionality”, “Fearfulness and diffidence” and “Dreaminess” play a significant role, representing the corresponding stereotypes.

The current study’s purpose is to unveil the correlation between the phenomena of «culture», «language», «society» and «socio-professional group». This research focuses on the military cliché interpreted as a productive linguistic mechanism for explicating ethnic stereotypes of the US army subculture.

The authors of the article consider that modern life is still full of various stereotypes. One of the most controversial questions in this article is the issue of discrimination against women in contemporary American society, and it is hard to believe, because this country claims to be a main guarantor of the human rights and freedoms.

The current study’s area of research is characterized by the relations between “ethnos”, “culture” and “language” phenomena. The subject of the research consists of the linguistic means of explication of ethnic stereotypes of the US Army subculture.
