The article is devoted to the process of supporting young teachers in educational activities through the cooperation of the school with the social partners of the "Maritime Brotherhood". In the article, the author tries to answer the question: how and how to attract social partners, how to organize cooperation. The experience of the MAOU "Batyrevskaya Secondary School No. 1" on the model of individualized mentoring is presented.

Methods of working with young teachers on the example of the experience of the IMC Krasnoselsky district of St. Petersburg

The article deals with the problem of patriotic, spiritual and moral education of the younger generation of the Russian Federation. The author collected data by interviewing schoolchildren of grades 6-11. The research base was MBOU secondary school No. 37 in Stavropol. After the survey, the author analyzed the data using the linear approximation method. The generalized results showed that the majority of students are ready to defend the Russian Federation and support the current government. This pattern grows with the age of the respondents, which indicates the direct role of the educational institution in patriotic education. At the moment, the All-Russian children's and youth military-patriotic social movement "Yunarmiya" is one of the most important elements of the state program for the revival of patriotic values and the education of the younger generation, aimed at forming positively significant ideas about the Motherland, expressing an emotional attitude to the Motherland.

Annotation. This article presents an analysis of research on the relationship of satisfaction with marriage with the ability to resolve conflicts, and the ability to distribute functions in the family. The article examines the statistics of divorces in Russia. What factors lead young married couples to divorce. The phenomenon of satisfaction with marriage and what factors influence it is also investigated. The definition of a "young family" is being clarified.

The article discusses theoretical and methodological approaches to the analysis of the reasons for the inclusion of adolescents and young people in informal subcultural associations. Methods of counteracting the influence of destructive subcultures on the representatives of the younger generation, risk factors for the formation of their deviant behavior are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the study of the specifics and typology of modern subcultures.
