«Features axiological acme of a preschool organization teacher»
The article draws attention on the value of teacher's identity in the modern system of preschool education. On an example of pedagogical creativity of a preschool institution possible ways to implement new approaches for improving not only the preschool educational process, but also to create conditions for the development of the individual teacher are presented. Innovative search is defined by integration connections in the realization process of the project "Axiological acme of a teacher." A close connection forms of the institution, case studies of a teacher with the development of his value orientations are proved.

In spite of the achievements in the field of preschool education, the quality of the educational process does not yet sufficiently meet the increased requirements of social development, this stipulates the search for relevant methods and tools to help organizations in monitoring the process of formation level among senior preschool children learning and cognitive competence. One of the most important conditions to ensure the quality of its formation is a pedagogical monitoring. The author analyzes the psychological and pedagogical literature on the issue of the development and application of pedagogical monitoring in order to assess the effectiveness of the educational system.

«Revelance of methodical education in high school future Technology teachers to organize project activity of pupils»
In this article the author defined the relevance of methodological training in modern university of bachelors in technology and pedagogical education in the implementation of project-based pupils teaching. Personal experience of the future teacher of technology, preparing for the upcoming professional activity becomes a training project. It was revealed that the methodical preparation of future teachers allows them to realize that the project activity of pupils during lessons contributes to the development of their personality traits allowing to adapt to the socio-economic conditions, developing creative thinking, the ability to see and solve the problem on their own and to construct their knowledge.

«Actuality and investigation methods of "high-tech" economics»
The following article investigates the problem of russian economy transfer into a new technological structure which is possible only after accurate research of high-tech markets. A review of authors investigating markets is given and Vernon Smith's paper about experimental investigation of competetive markets dynamics was thoroughly examined. In addition to this the article represents the most perspective methods of holding the experiments in the field of economics and in particular in high technologies. The result of the work is an evidence that it is necessary to study dynamics of high-tech markets development by means of tools represented in the following paper and instruments of performing complex multi-agent dynamic systems research.
