The article presents the analysis of trends in the research of emotions and phenomena associated with emotional manifestations. The article defines the role of emotions and their importance in professional activities, the relevance of the study of emotional components in the diagnosis of professional suitability, competence. The set of the emotional profile diagnostics methods taking into account levels of emotional manifestation is defined. Significant differences in the emotional profile of students of the acting department in comparison with representatives of the technical orientation are revealed. The problem of development, formation of emotional competence, namely understanding and demonstration of emotional behavior depending on the orientation, specialization in training is put forward.

The article presents the basic principles of construction of models of digital profiles of the student, class, school and teacher. The initial data, presented in the impersonal form, consist of students’ grades from three Moscow schools. The data have been obtained from the «electronic diary» and handed over to the Department of Education of Moscow to work on it.

This article describes the problems of social risks in consumer behavior. Social risks are manifested in the consumer's loss when purchasing or its using of a part of his capacity: money, health or peace of mind. Social risks in consumption are influenced by many factors, chief among which are cultural factors. The authors reveal the impact of cultural factors on the social risks occurrence on the basis of aggregate indicators and data of a sociological survey conducted in the city of Volgograd.

The author analyzes various theoretical positions of influence of the educational environment on formation of the personality, and also actions for development of personal and professional self-determination of seniors in the conditions of rural school are presented. Results of the forming experiment are presented in article, the following tasks are solved: formation of steady interest in a pedagogical profession; development of need for professional activity, receiving pleasure and satisfaction from pedagogical activity; formation of conviction in further choice of profession.
