В статье анализируются положения документов стратегического планирования США и Германии в сфере информационной безопасности с использованием сравнительно-правового метода научного исследования. Автором проводится сравнение с положениями отечественных правовых актов, посвященных информационной безопасности, а также рассматриваются некоторые проблемы, выявленные в ходе проведенного исследования.

This article focuses on the security of personal data in social networks. In modern society, almost each of us is registered in at least one social network, where we communicate and exchange information with each other. However, there are significant risks and dangers, since the personal data of many people can be stolen. The style of openness and spontaneity that is characteristic of communication in social networks can often be used by detractors or criminals. In this article, the problems associated with the security of personal data of users of social networks were considered, and an analysis was made of ways to protect personal data in social networks. The article also points out exactly how users of social networks on their own, without resorting to anyone else's help, can ensure the security of their personal data and warn them against leakage and theft.

The urgency of the issue treated in this paper is determined by the fact that the federal law requires personal data operators to guarantee the safety of processed personal data by developing security systems based on a number of organizational and technical security measures, as well as their evaluation. When choosing the organisational and technical security measures, the problem of having to consider a large number of normative and procedural documents which regulate this process arises. The aim of this study is to develop the procedural guidelines for choosing and assessing the effectiveness of suggested organizational and technical security measures for data protection in personal data information systems.

The article analyzes the techniques of human risk assessment and information security vulnerabilities. The comparative characteristic of existing standards of the Central Bank of Russia and the scientific works of specialists are carried out, the experience of the development of the Russian Federation techniques are also considered. Standards and methods for the presence of components of employee motivation theory are analyzed: content and organizational theories. The author made a conclusion about the most optimal solution of development methodology, reflecting the cross-section of scientific knowledge and scientific experience.

Выявляется необходимость владения педагогами информационно-коммуникационными технологиями, а также умелое использование ИКТ в педагогической деятельности.
