«Сoating deposition in a mixed flow of metal vapor and fast gas molecules»

Сoating deposition on dielectrics is used a source of metal atoms and fast gas molecules produced due to charge exchange collisions of accelerated ions in a processing chamber is described. The metal atoms are produced due to ion sputtering of a target placed at the bottom of the hollow cathode inside the source. When a mixture of argon and nitrogen is used, nitride coatings are produced with deposition rate up to 4 µm/h, the coatings being interruptedly bombarded by molecules with energy rеgulated from 10 to 300 eV.

«Phenomenon of a single cause of the cluster-dipole nature of the observability of the area of hydrophysical disturbances from a submarine moving object by a laser beam and radar signal»

Relationships of cause and effect which are the cornerstone of the phenomenon of observability of area of hydrophysical indignations from an underwater moving object, including its exit to a sea surface when lighting the area in the thickness of water by a laser beam and radiation of the sea surface over an object with a radar station signal are described in the article. In the stationary marine environment the laser beam creates a backscattering signal of a fixed level. In the area of hydrodynamic indignations from an underwater moving object the signal of a backscattering of variable brightness to the relevant structure and level of indignations is seen. The similar phenomenon of a backscattering of the electromagnetic radiation of radar station that creates glare effects on the screen of radar station in a zone of an exit of hydrodynamic indignations is observed on a water surface. It is shown that these phenomenons have similar nature caused by the change of dimensional orientation of dipoles of molecules and liquid crystals clusters of water in the field of the hydrodynamic indignations accompanying the moving of an underwater object. Establishing of this characteristic, in case of its confirmation by test data, meets the requirements of qualification of opening.

«New methods of water pollution control using electrochemical plasma filtration»

As a result of electrochemical plasma filtration of water it was possible to decompose organic contaminants, increase water transparency, eliminate bacterial contamination, and destroy surface contaminating with organic pollutant. Developed method allows treatment of large surface areas; in particular, surface areas with oil spill contaminations, minimizing consequences of possible accidents.

Water pollution with oil waste, pesticides, detergents and chemicals is the serious ecology threatening factor since the middle of the last century. Manu approaches were suggested for water purification, such as photocatalytic purification, filtration, adsorbing. In this report method of water treatment with electrical discharges is described. This method is applicable in water aquatories for struggling with oil spills.
