«Energy saving in construction: from EU countries experience»
The article examines the first energy efficient houses, their performance and destination. The authors investigated energy saving standards in construction sphere, EU’s laws which are also the work basis in other countries. The article also gives examples how to solve the problems of motivation among managing companies to hpld energy saving events.
