The features of the knowledge of the reality in terms of the evolution of scientific ideas are considered. The author investigates the issue of understanding social reality as classic socio-philosophical approach to the social reality has origins as far back as ancient social and philosophical thought.

Since the human biological body represents the ontic reality of the same nature as onticity of surrounding world, the human psychic also must be ontic.
