In the context of globalization, it is necessary to look for more effective tools that allow companies to remain highly efficient and profitable corporations. In this article, the author reveals that one of the main reasons for the company's inability to overcome the crisis is the management's failure to understand future trends. The author offers practical recommendations for solving this problem to high-tech companies, and also analyzes the prospects of the Russian high-tech market.
