в статье осуществлен анализ научных психологических и педагогических публикаций, касающихся вопросов развития творческих способностей у детей дошкольного возраста в контексте компетентного подхода педагогов дополнительного образования. В рамках исследования был проведен экспериментальный анализ, который был признан основным методом исследования. Для обоснования эффективности экспериментального подхода и разработанных организационных условий педагогической работы, было проведено эмпирическое исследование на базе ДДТ Дом детского творчества г. Иркутск.
This article analyzes scientific psychological and pedagogical publications concerning the development of creative abilities in preschool children in the context of the competent approach of additional education teachers. As part of the study, an experimental analysis was conducted, which was recognized as the main research method. To substantiate the effectiveness of the experimental approach and the developed organizational conditions of pedagogical work, an empirical study was conducted on the basis of the DDT House of Children's Creativity in Irkutsk. The study was conducted in three stages: ascertaining, forming and control.
