Аннотация
Данная статья определяет механизм управления государственной собственностью, раскрывает способ образования и основные виды законодательных норм государственной собственности как объекта управления, рассматривает правовые свойства понятия «государственная собственность», а также сущность и значимость управления государственными активами, подтверждает систематичность управления государственной собственностью, предоставляет анализ правового режима механизма администрации в области применения прав государственной собственности, исследует проблему повышения эффективности правовой поддержки динамики административных отношений, воспринимая государственные активы как объект.
