The article shows the correlation between the functioning quality of medical institutions and personnel qualification. By the example of MRI department, the main principles of the quality management system have been explained, including necessity of regular training of technicians. Developed training program includes the study of the physical bases, developing methodical documentation, training, interactive materials and testing instruments.
