Авторами рассматриваются доступные формы работы – от обустройства книжных уголков и практики «тихого чтения» до организации читательских клубов и творческих мероприятий. The center was found in 2013 by a group of scientists to promote the development of scientific cooperation, to support the implementation of scientific achievements and advanced experience in mass practice and the development of innovative individual's potential.
