«The program defining the quantity of added ingredients in the meal»
The article presents the program “Chemical composition of food” in Microsoft Excel. Necessary indicators of the program are the theoretical quantity of added ingredients in the meal. This program starts to work automatically, designating nutritional value of food and a practical percentage value of the added ingredients.

«The problem of the architectural heritage reconstruction»
The subject of this research is the modern technology of the architectural monuments restoration, which makes possible to increase the design and performance, as well as the durability of historical objects. Choosing the most efficient, cost-effective and durable recovery and expanding of architectural monuments technologies is a priority of historical cities. Adoption of the faster and sound monuments restoration technology is neсessay because there are a lot of historical Russian cities in need of repair and reconstruction. Therefore, it is essential that new renovation works improvement methods and technologies on the basis of the western experience in construction to be found.

«The development of scientific restoration and preservation of architectural heritage in Russia»
The principle of science in the scientific restoration is the availability and provision of specialists with reliable information and modern advances in construction. The relevant tasks are to implement new developments on restoration of bearing capacity of structures and the use of modern composite materials. Innovative developments in the field of restoration are a specific form of management of development of construction processes and technologies allowing to change the structure, organization and content of the reconstruction process as a whole. The subject of research are the new technological developments in the field of chemical and construction industry. The use of such developments allows us to solve the difficult tasks to prevent the destruction, and to give the historical uniqueness to the architectural monuments of world importance.

«Problems of restoration of carrying capacity of historical structures in open conservation»
The research of rational integrated solutions for the preservation of historic sites in Russia today is a priority in the restoration, for the purpose of successful implementation of new methods and modern international developments on the restoration and conservation of monuments. Inner reinforcement discussed in this article shall be the most efficient and technologically advanced method of strengthening the internal structures of architectural monuments in their conservation. The subject of research are the prospects for the maximum preservation of the historic appearance of the building with an open conservation, using modern methods of carrier recovery capacity of the structure. Eliminating all possible deformations of structures, leading to the destruction of the building must be carried out with the least interference, without external amplification of facades.

«The development of high-precision designs from polymeric materials»
According to the authors, when designing a spacecraft, the main direction in the development of highly efficient designs is to optimize the distribution of specific density, the stiffness of the material according to the size of a component or construction in accordance with the field of existing loadings. This problem can be solved either by rational distribution of isotropic material, or by regulation of stiffness, strength and deformability of the material by the volume of the product. Such materials are polymeric composite materials (PCM) and their elastic-mechanical characteristics can be adjusted within a wide range, including body structure.
