The problems of unemployment and employment directly affect the development of human resources and the labor market, as an essential element of a market economy. In this regard, the article examines the relationship between unemployment and the development of the regional economy. Understanding the main problems of unemployment in the regional economy contributes to the development by public authorities of effective solutions to complex socio-economic development. The author concludes that it is important to take into account the problems of unemployment at the regional level and the need for regular assessment of the causes of their occurrence while simultaneously developing optimal solutions to offset critical changes.

В статье приводится анализ динамики и тенденций формирования и развития функциональной составляющей инновационного потенциала экономической безопасности региона, предлагаются показатели, характеризующие динамические параметры инновационного развития регионов, проводится их динамический анализ в разрезе субъектов Приволжского федерального округа в период с 2015 по 2022 год, анализируются тенденции их развития, в результате чего предлагается рейтинг распределения регионов Приволжского федерального округа по зонам инновационной безопасности в соответствии с пороговыми значениями индикаторов инновационной деятельности.
