«Specifics of examinations of fires associated with explosion of vehicles»
According to statistics, the share of fires involving vehicles reaches 4.5% of the total number of fires, and material damage accordingly reaches 13% [19; 33]. In this regard, the problem of preventing and reducing the number of fires associated with the explosion of vehicles is highly relevant. The paper examines the features of examinations carried out during the investigation of this category of fires. Particular attention is paid to such groups of objects as electric scooters and unmanned aerial vehicles.

Статья посвящена проблемам защиты пенсионных прав граждан в Российской Федерации. Рассмотрены правовые механизмы пенсионного обеспечения, выявляются недостатки нормативного регулирования и подчеркивается роль государства в гарантировании пенсионных прав. Предложены направления совершенствования финансово-правовых инструментов в этой сфере.
