The multilevel logic of the restriction system is necessary for the individual to understand the system elements. The individual uses them to determine what system elements he needs for. Depending on the degrees of limitations, the basic principles are identified the system limitations. System principles, in turn, are the basis of information technology immunity. Multilevel logic acquires the properties of a matrix. The first one organizes the conscious interaction of an individual in such a way that the myological loads used in performing any systemic actions do not turn out to be the main ones. They are non-essential ones since the systems approach organizes actions in artificial way. Optimization principle and everyday algorithm do not have these actions. And this already means that the individual acts in accordance with the organized elements of the consciousness of the system from the noosphere.

В статье представлены обобщённые данные о растительных сообществах южной части Кулундинского ленточного бора, представляющего собой интразональный лесной массив в Алтайском крае, на примере заказника «Завьяловский». Флора сосудистых растений изучаемой территории насчитывает 420 видов, относящихся к 252 родам и 77 семействам. Редкими являются 6 видов растений, включённых в Красную книгу Алтайского края (2016).
