Abstract

In the article, as methods of uniting pedagogical the team offers business and intellectual games, sports competition, training, or "teambuilding". It is indicated that the invaluable help in the cohesion of the teaching staff belongs to teachers with considerable experience young professionals and the leadership of educational institutions. Cohesion is defined in the article as a personal attitude in the team, the unity of attitudes, goals and motives in the aspect of joint activities.
