Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены вопросы уплаты таможенных платежей, обеспечение их уплаты таможенными органами и их взыскание. Институт обеспечения уплаты таможенных платежей является важнейшей мерой обеспечения законности в сфере таможенного дела, а также в исполнении фискальной функции таможенного регулирования.
