Abstract
The author of this article points out that fundraising issues were discussed in the literature in detail, but a matter of choosing the best sources of debt financing activities of enterprises is still debatable. The purpose of the study is to define and give justification to the optimal structure of debt capital to the enterprise in terms of its value. The subject of the research are the ways of debt financing of the company as an opportunity to optimize its financial performance. The object of research is the process of debt financing of industrial enterprises.
