Abstract

This article presents the material illustrating features of long-term plans on creation of an effective corporate culture, describes the tool aspect of long-term plans on forming a corporate culture on the basis of a matrix of assessment of cultural risk of G. Schwartz and S. Davies. The author provides a graphic interpretation of degree of compliance of a corporate culture and the strategy, implemented by the company.
