Abstract
В данной статье затронута проблема повышения эффективности использования радиочастотного спектра. Прослежены основные этапы развития систем радиосвязи и телерадиовещания. Отмечены пути решения проблем, возникавших в разные периоды времени в области управления радиочастотным спектром.
