Abstract

In this submission the concept of Total Quality Management, its history, and advantages of its usage are under consideration. A short review of comprehensive decisions on TQM systems is also delivered. System “KOMPAS TQM” is discussed in details. Existing and working in the moment the Rating-Screen system designed for the Department of Business Informatics and Mathematical Modeling is described.
