Abstract

The article is devoted to the formation of an integrated system of priorities of socio-economic development of the region, in connection with which the author carried out a comparative analysis of the main program and target documents the socio-economic development of the Rostov region from the point of view presented in these development priorities identified primarily sectoral nature of their definition, and shows it the main disadvantages is justified «horizontal» approach to the definition of development priorities in the region.
