Abstract

The article deals with the basic approaches to compositional division of prosecutors and attorneys speeches within the framework of English-language law discourse, it analyses their step-by-step representation, and gives a brief characteristic of the intentionality of speech of court speakers. The author gives a brief analysis of basic structural elements of the judicial subspecies of law discourse, describes the types and structure of speech activity of professional opponents.
