Abstract
В эксперименте на мышах-самках CBF1 исследовалось влияние масляного экстракта куркумы (С. Longa, МЭК), добавлявшегося в корм животных, на рост меланомы В16 и продолжительность жизни животных по сравнению с лечением доксорубицином (ДР). Показано, что МЭК на 25-й день эксперимента снижает объем опухолей на 53%, ДР – на 74%, но МЭК вызывает увеличение продолжительности жизни животных на 14% больше, чем ДР.
