Abstract
The problem of high-risk investment exists in Russia for more than 30 years. Discussions on this issue have recently become acute, since such investments can develop the technological potential of the state and bring its economy to the advanced level. In this context, the venture capital market is seen as a tool for economic growth of the Russian economy.
