Abstract

Comparative analysis of health systems in Russia, Kazakhstan and Germany is made in this paper. The choice of these 3 specific countries for comparison is justified by the author. The types of health care systems and their financing are described, also this paper presents a brief description of the history of the development of health care system in the Russian Federation.
