Abstract
The article discusses key approaches to evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of the processes taking place in the organization. The scheme for analyzing the effectiveness of subsystems and processes in the organization is presented. The factors influencing the efficiency of using lean manufacturing tools in the company are identified. A step-by-step approach to minimizing the main types of losses in the organization is presented according to the Lean concept.
