Abstract
В статье обсуждается вопрос о том, что речь может служить более успешным «оружием», если она произнесена конструктивно и человек произносящий ее, готов представить аргументы. Автором отмечается, что политики могут добиваться своих целей с помощью принуждения, но есть другой способ, более тактичный. То, как он это делает, показывает его или ее компетенции.
