Abstract
The article examines the effect of physical activity on the body of students, examines the factors affecting their level of physical activity, and analyzes the positive effects of regular sports. The paper highlights the problems associated with the lack of movement among students. The article is based on the literature data, as well as on the results of our own empirical research.
