this article reflects the problem of the lack of a detailed study of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of microorganisms colonies that inhabit the substrate. The study found out that the number of microorganisms in the effluent "Dobrazhivatel" and "Laguna" varies significantly during the year at the analysis dates, and also depends on the type of effluent. The qualitative composition of bacteria is not changed during the experiments series.
