Abstract. The article describes formation of professional competence of pedagogical staff of modern preschool educational institution .It is emphasized that modern professional competence is one of the landmarks of preschool education in connection with the need to create conditions for the full development of the child in preschool educational institution. Presents the author's vision of the system on formation of professional competence of modern teacher preschool.
