We studied the features of the development of diabetic encephalopathy by using insulin therapy with continuous subcutaneous infusion and multiple subcutaneous injections. Testing of two groups of patients, which differed in the method of insulin therapy were performed. The results demonstrated that the patients from the group of CSII have had a lower severity of major manifestations of encephalopathy as well as better emotional condition.
