this scientific research analyzes the history of terrorism evolution and formation as a criminal event. It also offers a criminal legal analysis of objective and subjective elements of terrorist crimes as one of the most virulent types of crimes directed against public security. The aim of this research is to obtain theoretical understanding of subsumption matters related to terrorist crimes.
