The analysis of own experience of medicamentous termination of an undeveloped pregnancy is presented on materials KGBUS KMKB №4 of Krasnoyarsk. The paper explores the structure of complications and methods of their treatment. The prospects of modern safe technologies for the completion of pregnancy are justified.
