в статье рассматривается феномен фаворитизма, его сущность и причины возникновения. Авторами объясняется важность формирования такого явления и актуальность поставленной проблемы. В работе затрагивается роль фаворитизма в российском историческом процессе, а также анализируется деятельность фаворитов различных времён и их влияние на историю Российской империи. В завершении работы приводятся положительные и отрицательные стороны существования данного феномена и делается вывод об оценке воздействия на монарха личностей, приближённых к нему в конкретный исторический период.
