статья посвящена теме управления геологическими рисками в рамках реализации нефтегазовых проектов. В работе проведен анализ рисков, присущих нефтегазовым компаниям, выявлен наиболее сложный в расчете и прогнозировании геологический риск. В рамках проведенного исследования разработаны рекомендации по оценке и минимизации геологических рисков, возникающих в ходе реализации нефтегазового проекта и способных повлиять на его исход.
