it is important for politicians to understand public opinion. To get that, they can use not only direct quizzes, but also social networks’ posts and comments. In order to do this, they should use information system that could gather and analyze data to gat clusters – actual topics. The purpose of this article is to select clustering method as well as library for implementing code and to show some test results.
