The article examines the key aspects of scientific and methodological support for the training process in institutions of additional education in the field of sports. It presents a system of forms and tools for methodological support of coaches’ activities, as well as a set of criteria for assessing its effectiveness. Particular attention is paid to the regulatory framework, the role of key specialists, and the principles of building sustainable methodological work in a sports school.
