Degree of satisfaction of patients with level of medical care is one of aspects of quality of medical care. In this regard the sociological research for clarification of opinion of patients on positive and negative sides of activity is conducted. Sociological survey is conducted under the questionnaires which are specially developed according to a technique of scientific research.
