In this scientific work we would like to focus your attention on the legal regulation of the national security system. In general, the problem of creating an ideal system of national security for the Russian Federation has become quite topical and at the moment the development of an effective system of national security can be considered among the main and rather promising tasks of the development of the state and its legislation.
