This article shows the need to use the capabilities of modern software systems that allow for situational modeling of the degradation of structure and fracture, as well as the main tasks that must be met through metrological support of production. The article discusses the process of introducing quality management systems in educational institutions in accordance with various approaches to quality management: the model «ESG-ENQA», the model ISO 9001: 2015.

Adoption of the faster and sound monuments restoration technology is neсessay because there are a lot of historical Russian cities in need of repair and reconstruction. Therefore, it is essential that new renovation works improvement methods and technologies on the basis of the western experience in construction to be found.

This article describes the peculiarities of expert quality report of medical care as a mean of quality control on a modern stage of medical development in the country. Regulatory and methodical regulation of medical care testing in Russia has been analyzed and problematic aspects of its control have been found out.
