The traditional culture of the indigenous peoples of the North in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is one of the priority values, but the active industrial develop-ment in their places of residence in the Arctic zone implies the vulnerability of their traditional way of life. This necessitates the formation of measures to pro-tect and preserve traditional culture, lifestyle and habitat. Sacred objects are also included in the system of specially protected natural territories along with the ter-ritories of traditional nature use of indigenous small-numbered peoples of the North. Taking into account the need to take urgent organizational measures to protect sacred sites and give them a legal status, work is underway in the republic to compile a Register of sacred sites of indigenous minorities of the North and their mapping. Taking into account the relevance of the work on compiling the Register, this article is devoted to the problem of sacred places of indigenous small-numbered peoples of the North living in extreme climatic conditions of the Arctic zone of Yakutia. In the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the total area of the Arctic zone is 1,701 thousand square kilometers, which is 55.2% of the territory of the republic and which includes 13 territories of municipalities of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

Currently, the Arctic, as it is known, is of strategic importance for Russia, therefore, in this regard, the problems of sustainable development of ethnic groups inhabiting the Arctic zone are also being actualized. In this regard, scientific research of various spheres of life in the Arctic zone of Russia, including Yakutia, is becoming important. Great attention is paid to the problems of the Arctic zone: environmental protection, socio-economic development of the region, creation of favorable living conditions for the population, etc. In this regard, the Russian government has approved the Concept of the Russian Federation's Chairmanship in the Arctic Council, as well as an action plan, during which various issues will be discussed, including strengthening trade ties between states, melting permafrost, global warming, combating environmental pollution, and human capital development. This article is devoted to the territorial development and numerical ratio of ethnic groups living in the Arctic.

Статья посвящена интегрированному музыкальному занятию «Включите северное сияние», с помощью которого дети расширят свои знания о Ямале, его истории, традициях. Автор подчеркивает, что также ребята смогут приобщиться к здоровому образу жизни, повысят двигательную активность посредством подвижных игр коренных народов Севера, и у детей сформируется чувство уважения к коренным народов Севера, их национальной культуре, традициям, разовьются творческий потенциал, импровизационные способности, появится чувство гордости, сопричастности, ответственности за свой край.

В статье представлены материалы по организации совместной деятельности педагога, детей и родителей воспитанию детей, по ознакомлению с родным краем. Для достижения детьми более высокого уровня знаний о родном крае, о жизни, быте, традициях коренных жителей севера – ханты. Декоративная роспись узоров гуашью и выполнение узоров из бумажных шариков помогают развивать у детей познавательные способности и важные процессы мышления через игровую и практическую деятельность.

Как отмечает исследователь, в последнее время в районе больше внимания стали уделять обучению эвенского языка, культуре народов Севера. Автор отмечает, что в центре района можно построить «Центр развития национальной культуры народов Севера».

Статья посвящена анализу взаимодействия добывающих промышленных компаний с аборигенными этносами на примере Республики Саха (Якутия). Рассмотрены модели оптимальных форм диалога. Особое внимание уделяется сохранности традиционного природопользования в местах компактного проживания коренных малочисленных народов Севера в условиях реализации стратегических мегапроектов.

В данной статье рассматривается развитие и становление коренных малочисленных народов Севера в Российской империи. Проводится теоретический анализ нормативно-правовых актов, заложивших законодательные основы правового регулирования. Оценивается опыт правового регулирования развития коренных малочисленных народов Севера.

Северные территории, на которых проживают коренные малочисленные народы, подвергаются сильному промышленному вмешательству. Это требует поиска путей экономического взаимодействия промышленных компаний-недропользователей и коренных малочисленных народов Севера Республики Саха (Якутия) в местах их компактного проживания.
