Poultry industry has been developing very fast in recent years. Expanding speed of production in modern terms is characterized by increasing of poultry meat and eggs export to the world market with satisfaction of domestic market. The article described tendencies of export of poultry products on the world and European food markets, investigated use if European export quotas, defined ways of export increasing of poultry meat export to the European food market.
