Conducting scheduled repair work in accordance with the laws of distribution and cost of performance of work between the services of vehicles and determining the optimal value for ATC units providing traffic safety, the costs of maintaining the required level of reliability allows to increase the level of reliability in acceptable costs and any laws for the allocation of their resources. The article considers possibilities of model expansion taking into account cost of the restored spare part.

В статье представлены результаты исследования влияния пнистости залежи на надёжность торфяных машин. На основе исследований, проведенных в ОАО «Васильевский мох», получены статистические данные по потоку отказов для основных технологических машин: уборочных, фрезерных барабанов, ворошилок и валкователей. Для каждого типа машин определены количество отказов, рассчитаны среднее время безотказной работы, среднее квадратическое отклонение наработки на отказ, а также среднее время восстановления с учётом ожидания ремонта.

The developed mathematical optimization model for the scheduled repair periodicity of the motor vehicle aggregates that provide traffic safety allows to increase the level of fail-safety, acceptable costs and any laws of their resources distribution. The article describes the possibilities of the model expansion taking into account the cost of the restored spare part.
