The problems of unemployment and employment directly affect the development of human resources and the labor market, as an essential element of a market economy. In this regard, the article examines the relationship between unemployment and the development of the regional economy. Understanding the main problems of unemployment in the regional economy contributes to the development by public authorities of effective solutions to complex socio-economic development. The author concludes that it is important to take into account the problems of unemployment at the regional level and the need for regular assessment of the causes of their occurrence while simultaneously developing optimal solutions to offset critical changes.

В данной статье рассматривается вопрос взаимодействия журналиста, как представителя средства массовой информации с органами публичной власти в общем виде, а также охарактеризованы модели их взаимодействия. Сделан вывод об актуальности рассматриваемой темы, поскольку средства масс–медиа играют существенную роль в формировании мнений населения о «лице» существующей на сегодня властных структурах в нашей стране.

The article examines the problems of interaction between the Government of the Russian Federation and state authorities in the process of implementing the state's domestic policy. It analyzes the legislative framework, reveals the specifics of the division of powers between different branches of government, and identifies the main issues that arise in administrative practice. The article focuses on coordinating the activities of these bodies, delineating their competencies, and harmonizing their actions. Based on the current legislation and practical examples in this area of public administration, the article proposes suggestions for improving the interaction between the Government of the Russian Federation and state authorities to enhance the effectiveness of implementing domestic policy.
