В настоящей работе автор поднимает проблему ответственности за склонение к самоубийству через социальные сети. Действия, связанные с самоубийством или покушением на него, в том или ином виде криминализированы уголовным законодательством нашего государства. Автор особое внимание обращает на правовую основу. В заключение внесены предложения по совершенствованию законодательства по рассматриваемой проблеме.
